I have created a variety of pre-recorded classes that you can purchase that allows you to keep forever and practice whenever. Recording will be viewable on a private link via youtube. There is a mix of 60min full classes, shorter 20min sessions which have a specialist focus, to a 30/40 min class that is a perfect short but sweet option to feel worked and stretched. You can mix and match these classes to find the perfect balance for what your body is needing.

Wednesday: 7pm-8pm- Equipment required*
Thursday: 1-2pm (special focus on beating desk posture)
Saturdays: 8.45-9.45am
(Max 12 students a class)
*Ball, band and stretchy band required
